I am a single mother of 4 boys 18 12 12 5 and a 8 month old grandson. The twins father was killed in 2007 and in 2008 I was diagnosed with lupus and scleroderma I am a respiratory therapist I love my job but sometimes I get sick and have to miss work days sometimes weeks at a time which causes me to be short and not have money for food or pay a bill which causes me to get behind I almost lost my house once before but was able to catch up I’m headed back down that path and I just need help I said I never wanted to get in this position again but it’s hard when your kids ask what are we going to eat I had to get food instead of paying a bill be there has been times when we didn’t have any food. With lupus I get sick alot and just plain out tired it’s a lot on my shoulders just need a little relieve
