Due to lack of any Substitute funds, IRS Refund check and Unemployment payments all my June bills went unpaid. I am past due for June 1st and July 1st Mortgage payments. My wish is for at least month (Amount on June statement $891.67) Mortgage Payment paid by July 15th payment . My God-size wish for a true peace of mind, is that both past due Mortgage payments (Amount on July statement $1,811.63) are paid by July 19th, but no later than July 29th. I have already been through Modification process and new terms closed in April 2019 and I paid for May 2019 on the spot. This modification process brought my mortgage payments from $1,059.00 to this new lower interest rate payment of $891.67 for a 3-bedroom Single Family Home (But God). My unemployment was finally approved July 11th, but with so many summer bills to catch up, assistance with my June and July mortgage payments would greatly ease my burden.
