I was injured on the job in 1998 I have had several surgeries to help my problem , but the first surgery I had after my injury there was a problem and I woke up from surgery worse than before and completely paralyzed from the Stomach down . At the time my wife and I had 2 little boys to still raise, my wife was and is my Rock, and priaise god after some time the doctor gave me my legs back but now I’m 100% disabled with hardware in my body that will never come out.,we bought our home with my injury case, we paid cash for it but it was a older home and been vacant for some time and eventually needed some repairs we couldn’t afford on my disability income. We against our wishes an wants the only thing to give us the income we needed was to get a mortgage loan on our home , and. We have regretted and been financially strapped since that time our boys are grown with there own families ,my wife and I are teenage sweethearts married going on 30 years now I always promised my wife a home of our own that will be ours forever to live out our life’s and watch our grandchildren grow , so for my wife and I this is our home and all we have, we are so terrified something against our control will happen and we will loose our home before it will be paid off in 2022.
