I am a 55 yr old widow with autoimmune disease. I am only able to work part-time. I have lived in my home for 15 years. July 1, 2018, there is a payment of $20,000 to $25,000 due in full. I have absolutely no way of paying that. I can not refinance due to low income, late payments, and pre-foreclosures. This is my home, my domestic church. Lots of love, memories, tears, and laughter here. I don’t know what I will do if it is foreclosed. I have elderly pets that are like my children and due to low income, I would have to live in my car.
