We are a married couple just trying to provide a nice home for our children. We are a blended family of 9. 7 kids in total, but 3 living in the home. Our bankruptcy was dismissed earlier this summer and we tried to sell the home, but came against a deadline and had to file for a loan modification in order not to lose the home. Our payments are large and while we can cover it, some other bills get pushed back. To add to matters, my husband’s 13yr old car just died and we have had to assume another bill by adding a car payment to our plate. We are blessed that we have a home and transportation, but a little reprieve would be nice, if only for a month.
